Description

Essential in form. Demanding in execution. Sculpted in its watchmaking construction.

The 1902 SYNERGY by PETER SPEAKE opens a new chapter in the SYNERGY concept, where Schwarz Etienne’s mastery meets the distinctive vision of British watchmaker Peter Speake. A collaboration born from a precise dialogue between two watchmaking cultures, united by a shared pursuit of structural coherence and mechanical refinement.

The reading of time becomes architecture, revealing Peter Speake’s sensibility. Structured, intuitive and almost suspended in space, the piece reveals a fully crafted multi-level sapphire dial, where light flows between transparency and substance. Prussian blue and ice white interact in a subtle balance, while textures layer and unfold within a perfectly controlled tension. At the heart of this architecture, the power reserve indication becomes a visible reading of time and its autonomy.

The in-house calibre MSE 311.00 embodies over 120 years of integrated mastery at Schwarz Etienne. A hand-wound movement with six bridges, driven by two barrels mounted in parallel, it delivers a 120-hour power reserve. Decorated with straight Geneva stripes angled at 45°, polished bevels and concave jewel sinks, it reflects the codes of fine watchmaking tradition, interpreted through a resolutely contemporary lens.

Limited to 88 pieces, the 1902 SYNERGY by PETER SPEAKE is the result of a human encounter in service of independent watchmaking, driven by creativity, balance, and mechanical depth.
