Description

The ACF-03 represents the most essential expression of WRK’s aesthetic language. Not because it is simpler, but because it embodies a purer vision of watchmaking.

For this model, we wanted to rediscover the pleasure of a mechanical movement, with a winding ritual spaced out enough so that it never becomes a constraint. The tonneau-pebble case is part of our foundation. Without excessive chamfers or visible screws, it was designed to naturally embrace the wrist with an organic softness.

Its proportions — 39 mm x 36 mm, with a thickness of only 8.9 mm — have been optimized for maximum comfort. At just 32 grams, the ACF-03 almost disappears once worn. Its lightness is not merely a number or a technical argument. It is the result of a design approach integrated from the very beginning of the project.

The use of Grade 5 titanium is not limited to the case; it extends to the dial, the mainplate and the bridges. Its exceptional rigidity compared to brass requires technical mastery and a rigorous manufacturing process.

The aesthetics of the ACF-03 follow the same logic. We did not want to add unnecessary decoration, nor dress the timepiece with codes that do not belong to it. The surfaces are hand-finished, followed by careful microblasting to enhance its distinctive grey tone.

The dial remains understated and structured, while its engraved indexes bring a discreet sense of depth without ever disturbing the reading of time.

At the heart of the ACF-03 is the AMB-02/1 calibre, developed by the Italian manufacture OISA1937. This ultra-thin 3.5 mm movement offers a 60-hour power reserve. The architecture of its gear train, separating the seconds from the hours and minutes, optimizes the stability of the mechanism by limiting interference. Its frequency of 3.5 Hz allows it to achieve chronometric precision of ±3 seconds per day.

The choice of manual winding was essential. It creates a closer connection between the owner and the mechanism. Each turn of the crown, each subtle little click, transforms the gesture into a tangible ritual of time.

Each client has the opportunity to personalize their piece and strap. At WRK, these options are not offered as simple aesthetic choices. Colours, details, finishes or specific intentions can be discussed so that each ACF-03 becomes more personal to the man or woman who will wear it.

Limited to 24 pieces, the ACF-03 is a modern, compact and lightweight timepiece.

It is a more accessible WRK, more direct in its expression. A piece designed for the essential.
