Description
Glacier, one of the most beautiful wonders on Earth. The beauty of glaciers, accumulated over millions of years, contains immense power. However, data shows that in the past 30 years, 80% of glaciers have disappeared. To document this grand spectacle of the gradual demise of glaciers, we created the Blue Planet Ice Age.
The Earth's land in the center of the this watch is covered with a layer of 925 silver, while the ocean part is restored to the color of glaciers by anodized oxidation and low-temperature enamel. Its casing and strap are made of high-tech zirconia ceramic material, presenting a subtle and restrained power with its warm and pristine whiteness. The rounded casing has a diameter of 43mm, and the design without lugs makes the overall visual appearance modestly compact.
It adopts the CIGA Design CD03 automatic mechanical movement, and through CIGA Design's original Asynchronous Follow technology, it allows the Earth to rotate, achieving simultaneous indication of time and minutes with a windrose on Earth.
Its packaging uses materials that exert minimal pressure on the natural environment: paper is used to create the packaging, minimizing the use of printing and ink.
