In a strictly limited edition of 100 pieces, this true collector's item can be savoured with the utmost delight.The value of an objet-d'art is a subtle alchemy of passion, know-how and a striking story - what lovers of fine items call its soul.During the maturation process of Latour's Grand Cru, one of the key moments is when the wine acquires its finishing traits, revealing the complexity of its flavours, within barrels made of carefully selected oak.The intimate and mysterious union of wine and wood operates in the silence and darkness of the ancestral wine cellar in a "perfect exchange". The wood slowly impregnates, absorbing a small amount of wine – charmingly known as "the Angel's share".
