Description

Tourbillon: BOVET Battista Tourbillon

Inspired by and incorporating design elements from the Automobili Pininfarina award-winning, all-electric hyper GT Battista car, the BOVET Battista Tourbillon uses a brand-new, one-minute flying tourbillon movement with 10 days of power reserve. With each and every component hand-finished, the movement is on complete display via two extraordinarily complicated box sapphire crystals which make up the case.

For the first time ever, the BOVET Battista Tourbillon features asymmetrical dials that form the number 90, for Pininfarina's 90th anniversary. The pattern of the seats of the car are duplicated on the dials, and the cage of the tourbillon echo the wheels. The V shape above the dials echoes the "V" in BOVET, but is also the shape of the Battista car from the front. The Grand Date aperture is inspired by the “E-Heart” from the hypercar, and the colors of this version exactly match the Anniversario edition of the Battista.

On the back, the architecture of the movement was conceived to replicate the form of the car from above. Designed from the ground up by a team of designers from BOVET and Automobili Pininfarina, the BOVET Battista Tourbillon takes the relationship between hypercars and watchmakers to the highest level ever.
