At the crossroads between of Haute Couture and High Watchmaking, the Grand Bal collection finds its origins in Monsieur Dior's love for balls. Thus, the oscillating weight of the inverted movement appears on the dial side to pay tribute to the twirling of a dress during an evening event and is adorned with the most precious materials, enhanced by the exceptional artisan's craftsmanship. For this new edition, the creators of the Dior Maison were inspired by the "toile de Jouy" pattern that decorated the 30 Montaigne boutique in its early days, interpreting it in a version of hand-engraved gold and diamonds.
