“Snoopy Flying Ace”
RGM Watch Company introduces the Model 151 Snoopy Flying Ace, a refined pilot-style timepiece. The watch features Snoopy in his iconic World War I Flying Ace persona, believed to be the first depiction of the character executed on a true grand feu enamel dial.
The grand feu enamel dial is produced through a demanding multi-stage firing process, where layers of enamel are applied and kiln-fired at high temperatures. This technique yields a glass enamel white surface with exceptional depth and permanence. The dial’s artwork—including Snoopy, his red doghouse, and surrounding clouds—are fired into the enamel, creating a miniature work of art.
The watch is housed in a 38.5 mm stainless steel case machined near RGM’s Pennsylvania workshop and hand-finished in-house. Powering the Model 151 is the Swiss-made RGM-Sellita SW300-1 automatic movement, featuring a rhodium-plated finish, decorative côtes de Genève and perlage, and a 52–56 hour power reserve.
The Snoopy Flying Ace theme, drawn from Charles M. Schulz’s enduring Peanuts legacy, is a natural fit for the aviation-inspired Model 151.
