Description
The Oblique Enigma Gold in collaboration with Collectability is a contemporary interpretation of the classic dress watch, exploring the relationship between geometry, light and perception.
Created in collaboration with Collectability, the watch draws inspiration from the visual language of modernist architecture and the subtle distortions created by reflected surfaces.
Its defining feature is the multi layered dial construction, which creates a shifting optical effect as light moves across the surface. Angled planes and contrasting finishes interact to produce changing perspectives throughout the day, making the dial appear different from every viewing angle.
The watch is housed in a polished gold-coloured case that emphasises the sculptural qualities of the design while maintaining a refined and elegant profile.
Powered by a Swiss quartz movement, the Oblique Enigma combines precision and reliability with a distinctive visual identity, expressing Dennison’s commitment to accessible design-led watchmaking.
