Description
This perpetual calendar is one of the simplest in the world. Developed by Dominique Renaud and Julien Tixier for Furlan Marri, the patented perpetual calendar module has just 21 components. Equipped with a peripheral ring to control the date functions, there are no pushers on the case, but an ultra-simplified mechanism with a single rotary rocker at 6 o'clock. This hand-finished, hand-beveled, 1.25 mm-thin module is housed in a Swiss La Joux-Perret movement, with an engraved 18K 5N gold oscillating weight. The black dial features multiple elements, including a smoked sapphire part that reveals the hand-finished components. All contained in a robust, yet elegant steel case.
Supplied by the brand to the GPHG for its entry.
