We’ve created a version of our 39mm titanium ProPilot X Calibre 400 de 39mm en titane in collaboration with Disney to celebrate Kermit the Frog.
The first function of every Oris watch, in the purest emotional, feel-it-in-yourbones sense, is to bring joy, to make people smile. A collaboration with the easiest guy on the planet: Kermit the Frog from The Muppet Show. Kermit’s role is to entertain, to put a smile on our faces. He’s been doing it for generations.
The ProPilot X Kermit Edition has a green dial, naturally, but its most entertaining feature appears on the first of every month, or ‘Kermit Day’, when Kermit’s cheery face pops into the date window. “Kermit Day” is all about not taking life too seriously. Having some fun. Like the green dial, the idea of this gentle, humorous touch is to encourage us not to take life too seriously. To look up, smile and do something we enjoy, something fun. That might take five minutes. A moment of quiet reflection for some. For others, a cup of coffee, a phone call, a bath, a short walk. Find the joy.
Inside the ProPilot X Kermit Edition is one of our new generation of high-performance automatics. Conceived entirely in-house by our skilled engineers, Calibre 400 Series movements all feature elevated levels of anti-magnetism, a five-day power reserve and a 10-year warranty.
