Description
Redentore Bellanotte pays tribute to the enchanting Redeemer feast in Venice, a historic event marking the end of the 1576 plague with boat bridges adorning the Grand Canal and breathtaking fireworks displays. The watch stands out for its unique four-level dial: a starry sky in aventurine, a small off-centered mother-of-pearl sub-dial, a satin disc depicting fireworks, and a rhodium-plated bas-relief of the Doge's Palace and the Basilica of the Redeemer in the background. This intricate construction is made possible by the use of a micro-automatic movement with a diameter of only 17.55mm. The design is completed with two blued hands, enhancing the readability of the time.
Supplied by the brand to the GPHG for its entry.
