Lady RGM Hand Painted on Mother of Pearl The Lady RGM HP-MOP has an 18k rose gold .61 carat diamond case. The case design is patterned after our Pennsylvania series cases with classic ribbed sides and Keystone winding crown. The classic design makes it the perfect complement to the beautiful hand painted Mother of Pearl dial. Mother of Pearl makes an exquisite background for the Eurasian Blue Tit on Hydrangea, painted with a brush made from the hair of a marten. This is the finest brush possible for this miniature work. The hands and strap buckle are also made of solid 18K Rose gold.
