Description
The AMR-01, the latest exclusive movement in the Luminity collection, embodies the present and future of the Geneva-based manufacture. It features a tungsten micro-rotor for enhanced efficiency. An ultra-thin movement with a total thickness of 3.6 mm. More than three days of power reserve guaranteed (82 hours of timekeeping assured). Proudly displaying the name of the Swiss manufacture as well as that of this movement, this subtle detail completes the design.
Its Wavy sapphire case is offered with a diameter of 35 mm. It boasts incredible scratch resistance due to the high hardness of sapphires – 9 on the Mohs scale (approximately 2300 Vickers), the third hardest mineral after diamond and moissanite. Its transparency enhances the play of the undulating lines of the case, creating a constant luminous effect. Designed by Jérémie Arpa, son of Yvan Arpa, this complex design symbolizes a family-owned, independent, and self-financed watchmaking heritage.
